Is Yogabhyasa (starting from awakening of Kundalini) impossible in Kaliyug and does Krishna forbid it in Gita?

The tussle between the Centre and West Bengal Government does not seem to find a conciliating solution. West Bengal Governor, Jagdeep Dhankar, has asked Mamata Banerjee to give up COVID-19 data cover up operation and share data transparently. He appealed CM Mamata to stop politics and adopt a path for welfare of people.
The WB Governor in a series of tweets expressed serious reservations on the way the Corona epidemic is handled by the state government. He tweeted that “Give up ‘Covid-19 data cover up operation’@MamataOfficial and share it transparently. Health bulletin 30/4 No of Active Covid cases 572. No health bulletin on May 1 !! Information to central Government No of cases 931."
Governor Dhankar, in a following tweet targeted CM Mamata Banerjee and said that, the gap between 572 and 931 not reconcilable even if recovered/dead are considered, such lack of coordination is awful when people are suffering untold miseries. He appealed to the CM to take everyone on board and advised political parties to not become vultures in wait of dead bodies.
He made a fervent appeal to CM and requested to adopt path of reason for welfare of people. He offered his cooperation and said, "I am confident she would reflect and listen to her conscience and wise counsel".
Mr Dhankar shared images of letter from Health Deaprtment Principal Secretary, Vivek Kumar to the Centre on April 30. The letter stated that there are 931 cases of COVID-19 in the state and number of active cases was at 572. The Governor raised question on why the information was not released on May 1.
The Governor had on Friday, tweeted that “Situation demands @MamataOfficial and Governor to engage in positive way forward approach brushing aside all differences and attend to the horrendous challenges people of the State are facing. I beseech Chief Minister to be on the same page so as to mitigate the plight of people”.
WB Governor told ANI that “she considers herself to be a "state within a state". The Governor appealed her, not to see everything through political glasses and leave politics at this juncture. He said that West Bengal is the only state where the central team faced problems in carrying out their work.
West Bengal is the only state where the Inter-Ministerial Central Team (IMCT) faced problems in carrying out their work. When the entire country is fighting against COVID-19 and the IMCT came to assess the situation, we should have received it with red carpet instead of opposing it. He said he did not understand as to why the state is opposing the central team.
When we see the constitutional head of the state, expressing his regret on a public platform, one can only imagine the extent till which the West Bengal state government has failed in containing COVID-19 in the state. The set of events are a new low for any Federal structure.
